Cyber Monday

Tomorrow is that day that is increasingly being called Cyber Monday. It's the day that everyone returns to work from their Thanksgiving time-off and uses their work computers to take advantage of great after-Thanksgiving deals. This year, with retailers clamoring to capture consumers limited dollars, some of the deals are better than ever.

Buy.com is offering free shipping on most items, instant rebates and deals on TVs, GPS devices and other items.

American Girl says it is having up to 60% off many items and 10% off on sale items for Dec. 1st only.

Amazon is having many steep discounts!

eBay.com is having the largest sale in its history, with $1 holiday doorbuster items hidden on the site that consumers hunt for, including a 65-inch Panasonic plasma HDTV and a 2009 Chevy Corvette. EBay also will have items typically in demand for the holidays for bids starting at $1.

Toys "R" Us is offering more online promotions on Cyber Monday than last year, including 70% off Star Wars figures, $50 off the normally $59.99 Guitar Hero wired guitar controller from Activision and other deals.

Gymboree will have an additional 20% off all sale items and new jingle deals!

Gap is offering 15% off and Old Navy is offering 20% off and free shipping on both sites.

Bath and Body Works is doing 25 % off!

Babystyle is offering 30% site wide and free shipping.

Make sure to check out some other typically good websites such as disneyshopping.com, walmart.com, target.com, dealio.com, dealoco.com, fatwallet.com.

Also, for those of you with a tight budget, there is a great website called Bill Me Later and it allows you(if approved) to buy items on hundreds of participating websites and pay for them later. Many of the participating companies give incentives like money off or 90 days to pay when you use Bill Me Later!

Good Luck with your Cyber Monday purchases, let me know if you find some fabulous deals. Feel free to leave me your comments about great finds!

Make sure you get free shipping!!! and Don't forget some stores allow you to ship your items directly to the store(Walmart-site to store) and pay no shipping!

So I am back and in a different format. Since blogging seems to be the wave of the future I thought I would try it! So here goes...

My website/blog will be dedicated to finding the best deals in the DFW area and of course on websites. With the crazy economy lately I'm sure everyone is looking for a deal and since retail is having a hard time in this economy they are offering all sorts of free things and incentives!

First, I have to tell you about an awesome website called retailmenot.com . It is very helpful for finding coupon codes for many websites. All you do is type in the website name and it will list the discount/coupon codes it has for that particular site! It's a great way to get percentages off, free shipping, etc!

Here are the deals of the week.......

Justice is having buy one get one half-off on everything in the store! It's in stores only and I don't know how long it will last.

Shutterfly.com has so many deals it is crazy, keep checking back to their website to find lots of good deals on great gifts(photo books, calendars) and Christmas cards Right now they are offering free shipping and up to 50% off. This offer ends December 3.

Old Navy has a lot of items on sale for $15 this week!
